David Biegler was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and attended The University of Texas in Austin. After college he moved to Breckenridge, CO where he met his wife, Kellie, in 1993. Being from Fort Walton Beach, FL he relocated to the Panhandle with her and they married in 1996. David and Kellie have two beautiful kids and have enjoyed raising them in this beautiful area. From 1994 to 1998 David worked at Bud & Alley’s in Seaside where he eventually took over as GM until he left there in 1998 to open Vin’tij Wine Boutique with two partners… they eventually opened a second restaurant as well, Soleil et Luna, in Destin. But after 5 years It was time for David to find a new path and started his real estate career in 2003. At that time David also purchased two restaurants in Seaside, FL: Café Spiazzia and Hurricane Oyster Bar. In 2005 to 2006 David did over $14 million in real estate transactions and in 2007 moved Hurricane Oyster Bar to it’s current location in Grayton Beach and still enjoys ownership today. In 2008 with the real estate crash David took on a sales job with the broadline food distributor Cheney Brothers, Inc and became District Sales Manager in 2013 where he grew his district from doing $ 2.5 mil in a year to over $ 10 million.
After spending so much time on the road, David has decided to focus his efforts back here locally and to rejoin the Real Estate Market on a full time basis and will be happy to use his knowledge and expertise on any residential or commercial transactions that his clients need.
