Alexsis Mills is the Director of Operations for Coastal Luxury, handling the management of departments, sales production, finances, and agent training for the brokerage. Maintaining standards of high performance and a cultural environment focused on a core vision of excellence is a top priority where Alexsis excels and consistently elevates Coastal Luxury to continuing reaching the next level.

Alexsis -

"I grew up in Fort Walton Beach, Florida spending every spare moment I had at the beach. I started my first job at a movie theater when I was 16 and quickly learned I had an intuition for workplace efficiency and a knack for leadership. When the time came to choose my route for college I couldn’t bear to leave the beautiful white sand, so I chose to enroll at the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida and received my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Accounting. After college, I worked in public accounting for a few years and earned my license as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Florida. Those years not only allowed me to grow my technical accounting skills, but I also learned the value of forming strong relationships with clients built on trust and expertise. As time passed I realized I was ready to move my career into a more niche and leadership driven role, with Coastal Luxury being a firm I was familiar with for its strong culture and passion for excellence, I was elated to join the team.

My husband, JJ Mills, also a Florida local, and I now live in Fort Walton Beach. We love spending our time together on the water boating and fishing, playing tennis, or taking our two dogs, Bear and Belle, hiking.
