"Hi! My name is Todd Coston and I am the Executive Assistant as well as a Transaction Coordinator for Erin Oden and the Coastal Luxury Team.

I am an Alabama native, born and raised in the Greater Birmingham Area. After studying journalism at the University of Alabama, I ventured into a career path involving sales. Meeting new people and overcoming new challenges every day has always been fun to me. I combined those professional skills with a passion for Real Estate. I became Licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in Alabama in 2018 and spent years assisting and learning under experienced Real Estate professionals in the Birmingham area.

Throughout my childhood, I spent many summers vacationing along the Gulf and Emerald Coast. I remember as a child being completely awestruck by the crystal clear waters and beautiful homes sprinkled across the beaches. I knew that this is where I would one day live.

Now more than ever I have decided that it is my time to bring my talent and career to the South Walton area. The world of Real Estate itself is exciting and ever changing, and I am ready to experience this with a community as welcoming and charming as SoWal/ 30A.

As a coffee fanatic and self-proclaimed restaurant connoisseur, I spend a lot of time out in the community drinking cold brews and trying new foods. If you happen to run into me with my two small dogs, Goody and Muffin, come say hi!"
