The menu is comprised of flavor influences from the Atlantic Hurricane Corridor, which encompasses Florida, but also includes flavors of the Caribbean islands, Louisiana
(specifically New Orleans), South Carolina low country and Tex-Mex.
The kitchen features locally sourced products and is considered to be a scratch kitchen as they make most of their specialties, including their sauces and famous tuna dip, in-house. Some of the most sought-after menu items include fish tacos, shrimp tacos, fresh Florida seafood, wings and oysters prepared in a variety of ways. Many come from near and far for the oysters in particular.
They keep it Emerald Coast-centric too, with their beer selection that features 14 local taps. Their signature hurricane and grapefruit mojitos are refreshing favorites on their daily happy hour special. All food and beverage items are reasonably priced, further promoting a stress-free experience.
