Coastal Luxury’s Commitment to Shared Commissions
Cooperation with and Compensation to Other Brokers: It is Coastal Luxury’s desire and commitment to cooperate with other brokers, in keeping with the Seller’s best interest. We value the professionals who work diligently to present our listings to Buyers and intend to share commissions, as we have done in the past. Compensation, based on the purchase price, will be offered in the amount listed to a single agent or transaction broker representing the Buyer side of a closed transaction. This compensation offered is also outlined and disclosed in a separate written agreement between Seller’s Broker and Buyer’s Broker.
