I just wanted to reach out to you and share what my experience with Jen Hamor was like. My wife and I spoke with several agents in the 30A area, and I’m so glad that we chose to go with Jen. I feel like she went above and beyond in terms of visiting condos at night, early in the morning and on weekends meaning she wouldn’t just just go to open houses but she managed to find ways in before other agents. Because of the time change (we are on East Coast standard time) Jen was always willing to work around our schedule.

When we finally pulled the trigger on the condo we liked, Jen managed to beat other offers. I think Jen’s connections in that area are invaluable in getting deals done.

Most importantly, I feel like Jen truly built a friendship with us and cared about our best and will being. She was never once pushy, she never once suggested we make an offer on something we didn’t like, and she never once failed to return a text or phone call within minutes.
